The mid 80's Indie Machine served me up some Jesus and Mary Chain this afternoon. Remarkable stuff. They had it all - the music, the looks, the attitude. The ATTITUDE was the most important here. You couldn't buy into JMC if they looked like Wet Wet Wet. The Glasto performance this year was a lesson for all the bed wetters out there in how to keep on walking it and talking it.
